Job summary

Randstad UK in Southampton is seeking a Qualified Supply Teacher (QTS) for flexible day-to-day cover. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across subjects and year groups, maintain a positive learning environment, and manage behaviours in line with policies.

Zero planning or marking is required, with complete control over your schedule and strong work-life balance. The role offers maximum flexibility and diverse school experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK.
• Strong behaviour management skills with authority.
• High degree of adaptability, enthusiasm, and excellent communication abilities.
• Valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
