Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a Qualified Supply Teacher (QTS) for flexible day-to-day cover in Southampton. This role lets you focus on teaching with no long-term planning or marking obligations, offering daytime hours and full control over your schedule.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, have strong behaviour management, and are adaptable with excellent communication skills. An Enhanced DBS Update Service check is preferred, or you can apply for one.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
• Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to establish authority quickly.
• High degree of adaptability, enthusiasm, and excellent communication abilities.
• Valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
