Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a Qualified Supply Teacher (QTS) to support Southampton-area schools on a flexible day-to-day basis. Focus on teaching and classroom management with no planning or marking duties.

Enjoy complete schedule control, standard hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and local school variety. Competitive daily pay of £130–£160, with the freedom to choose days that suit you.

Qualifications

• QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
• Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to establish authority quickly.
• High degree of adaptability, enthusiasm and excellent communication abilities.
• Valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
