Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a qualified supply teacher (QTS) for flexible day-to-day cover in Southampton. Deliver pre-planned lessons across subjects and year groups, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure pupils stay on task from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Enjoy complete control over your schedule with zero planning or marking and a competitive daily pay of £130–£160. DBS update service or willingness to apply is required.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
• Strong behaviour management and ability to establish authority quickly.
• Adaptable, enthusiastic and excellent communication skills.
• Valid Enhanced DBS check on Update Service (or willingness to apply).
