Moody's Investors Service seeks a Director to lead the GenAI product function, overseeing 2-3 Product Managers and guiding multiple squads across technology, design, and strategy. You will shape the GenAI roadmap, set priorities, and partner with clients and business partners to validate opportunities.

The role emphasizes ethical governance, responsible AI adoption, and delivering AI-powered capabilities that enhance risk assessment and client outcomes within Moody's Analytics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or risk software is preferred.
• 10+ years product management experience in relevant fields.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers to ensure strong execution and professional growth.
• Set and maintain a high quality bar for product management outputs, including user stories and requirements documentation.
• Partner with the Director of GenAI Products to contribute to and execute the GenAI product roadmap.
• Engage with strategy, business partners, and clients to validate priorities and surface new product opportunities.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Product Managers, resolving blockers and managing cross-squad dependencies.
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm across squads, including planning, prioritization, and retrospectives.
• Define, track, and use product KPIs to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, design, operations, and strategy teams.
