Moody’s is looking for a senior AI/ML leader to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI, ML, and GenAI solutions across corporate and government-oriented products. You will partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate client needs into data science initiatives and own end-to-end model development from framing to deployment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required; a Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and/or exposure in data science, ML, or applied AI, with collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience deploying ML models to production.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative AI/ML/GenAI solutions for clients and products.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate client needs into data science initiatives.
• Own model selection, experimentation, validation, and deployment end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and model-based enhancements to improve performance.
• Foster best practices in coding, MLOps, and software engineering excellence.
• Drive responsible AI practices, including risk management and model governance.
• Communicate technical work clearly to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
