Responsibilities

Lead globally distributed engineering squads in a 70/30 leadership and hands‑on role, driving AI-powered and agentic engineering to deliver secure, scalable software.
Build, scale, and lead multiple high-performing squads across global locations, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Recruit, mentor, and develop diverse, inclusive talent while driving engagement and retention.
Drive engineering delivery and technical roadmap planning with stakeholders in engineering, product and business.
Responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of product features across squads.
Lead architecture reviews and define engineering standards and best practices.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, workshops, and pair programming.
Apply AI-powered and agentic tools to streamline coding, testing, and documentation.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver secure, scalable software through robust processes and quality gates.
Represent engineering in leadership forums and shape long‑term technical vision.
