Job summary

Amazon is seeking a GenAI Infra Specialist within the WWSO Startup team in EMEA to help accelerate AI startups’ compute and GPU needs, translate startup demands into AWS compute offerings, and partner with Frontier customers on their AWS journey.

You will engage with CxO-level and technical stakeholders, own end-to-end deals, and collaborate across Compute, Silicon, and Field teams to scale GenAI solutions while shaping GTM and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting.
• Experience with Advanced Compute technologies (e.g., Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, GPU).
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools and software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Interact with CxO/VP and engineers to drive adoption and revenue for GenAI startups.
• Own end-to-end deal ownership from technical qualification to deal sizing.
• Collaborate with AWS Compute, Silicon, and Infrastructure teams to create customer solutions.
• Manage and prioritize capacity for startups.
• Develop programs leveraging AWS field teams and partner channels.
• Own GTM strategy and execution for GenAI with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns and demand.
