Job summary

Moody’s in London is seeking a Product Consultant to drive generative AI and agentic solutions across client engagements and trials. You will lead implementation, onboarding and adoption activities, gather requirements, and coordinate with product, sales and success teams to ensure successful deployments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years delivering software implementations, strong communication skills, and experience with AI-enabled processes. Travel to client sites will be occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, IS, CS, Data Science or related.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, onboarding and adoption activities for generative AI, agentic workflow, data and Model Context Protocol solutions.
• Manage customer engagements from discovery through onboarding, training, feedback collection and completion.
• Conduct workflow assessments to identify use cases and AI-enabled improvements.
• Support customers with solution configuration, access, entitlements, API integrations and technical setup.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops and user/technical training remotely and on-site.
• Develop customer-facing prompts, dashboards, onboarding guides and implementation documentation.
• Provide best-practice guidance to support stable deployments and adoption.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to validate use cases and opportunities.
• Gather feedback and communicate requirements to Product Management and Strategy teams.
• Maintain project/trial/pipeline reporting using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through documentation and templates.
• Work independently across engagements and escalate risks and dependencies as needed.
• Travel occasionally to customer locations when required.
