Job summary

Moody’s Investors Service is seeking a Solutions Delivery professional to lead implementations and adoption of generative AI and data solutions for clients in the UK. You will guide technical onboarding, train users and manage end-to-end engagements, from discovery to deployment, with a focus on AI-enabled workflow improvements.

You will collaborate with client technical teams, Product Management and Strategy, creating dashboards, prompts and documentation for scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, IS, CS or related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 3+ years delivering software implementations or technology adoption programs.
• Strong client-facing delivery experience including onboarding and training.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and data integration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.
• Ability to analyze workflows and apply AI/automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Enable customers to adopt Moody’s AI and data solutions through leadership and guidance.
• Lead onboarding and adoption activities for AI, agentic workflows and data solutions.
• Manage customer engagements from discovery through training and feedback.
• Conduct workflow assessments and identify AI-enabled improvements.
• Support configuration, access, entitlements and API integrations.
• Deliver product demos, workshops and training remotely and on-site.
• Develop prompts, dashboards, onboarding guides and implementation docs.
• Provide guidance for stable deployments and effective adoption.
• Collaborate with customers to validate use cases and opportunities.
• Coordinate with client tech teams to resolve product and data issues.
• Capture feedback and communicate requirements to Product Management.
• Maintain project/trial/pipeline reporting in CRM systems.
• Contribute to documentation and reusable templates; support risk management.
