Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a driven professional to join the Orchestro Portfolio team, delivering agentic AI-enabled solutions for client deployments. You will work with CSTs, client teams, and cross-functional groups to guide adoption, prototype, onboard, and scale solutions across regions.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, stakeholder management, and continuous enablement, with travel and hybrid work across client sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; an MBA is considered a plus.
• Professional experience in IT, consulting, software delivery, or product management, with a track record of scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
• Proven project management experience overseeing large-scale cloud implementations, SaaS platforms, or AI-enabled products.
• Demonstrated expertise in client service and project delivery, with strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
• Ability to write and review production-grade frontend/backend code (Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks) OR background as a Product Owner/Manager building and launching digital products.
• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative AI, combined with a strong understanding of how model behavior impacts product performance and user experience.
• Exceptional analytical judgment and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to simplify complex issues under pressure.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, deliver presentations, conduct training, and seamlessly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify delivery, technical, or stakeholder risks early and adapt the approach without losing momentum.
• Excellent self-management skills, with the capability to drive workstreams independently or lead collaboratively within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility to travel and work in a hybrid model across client sites, firm offices, and remote environments as needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, product teams, client service teams, and senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and working sessions with clients, McKinsey colleagues, engineers, product teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to protect delivery momentum.
• Contribute to solution design, configuration, and code when progress depends on hands-on involvement.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and project deliverables across development, client success, product, design, management, and client development teams.
• Build client and CST capabilities through tailored training, structured enablement, practical guidance, and hands-on support.
• Codify effective delivery patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, workflows, skills, and building blocks for future engagements.
• Capture and synthesize field feedback to help Product, Design, and Development teams evolve the platform.
• Identify delivery, adoption, and product risks early and adjust approach without losing momentum.
• Contribute to operational improvements, new offerings, and the ongoing development of the Agentic PDLC Asset Library.
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned with clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through.
