Job summary

Sonatype is seeking a Customer Success Manager to engage a portfolio of customers with data-driven, proactive guidance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate onboarding, adoption and value realization while driving renewal confidence and surface opportunities for growth.

The role requires strong customer-facing communication, technical credibility in modern software lifecycles, and a proactive mindset with GenAI fluency to enhance outcomes and planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve execution quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured customer motions to accelerate onboarding, adoption and time-to-value.
• Drive renewal confidence and surface growth opportunities in partnership with the account team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Services to deliver proactive, outcomes-driven guidance.
