Job summary

The Candidate Recruitment Agency is seeking a commercially minded Customer Success professional to join a growing marketplace business serving US clients. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you’ll manage client relationships, analyse performance and use data and AI to identify opportunities and deliver results.

You will lead client calls, produce insights and collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns for client success.

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar client-facing role.
Strong understanding of digital/performance marketing.
Highly data-driven with ability to interpret metrics and reports.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve reporting and productivity.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of US clients.
Lead 4-5 client calls per day, providing updates and insights.
Use AI and data tools to pull reports, analyse performance and identify trends.
Turn data into actionable recommendations for clients.
Brief the wider team after meetings with key actions and opportunities.
Attend daily internal meetings with Marketing to align campaigns and priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve client performance, retention and growth.
Manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
