You will own onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion for enterprise customers, help design AI-powered CS automations, and partner with Product & Engineering to shape the platform.

Qualifications

• Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, data and technical troubleshooting.
• Commercial relationship builder.
• Passion for AI and automation in CS.

Responsibilities
