Job summary
AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) seeks a Principal Customer Success Specialist - Gen AI to drive strategic transformation for enterprise customers adopting Amazon Quick and AWS Gen AI services. This senior individual contributor will shape transformation programs, governance models, and value realization at scale, working with executives and partners.
You will craft repeatable methodologies, influence product roadmaps, and advance adoption across hundreds of enterprises, delivering measurable business
Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles including customer success management, strategic consulting, or business transformation advisory with enterprise outcomes
- 15+ years leading large-scale transformation programs with technology enablement in enterprise contexts
- Deep expertise in enterprise business execution and process transformation
- Experience articulating AI/tech capabilities in business terms to executives
Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise transformation strategies for customers adopting AWS Gen AI services
- Create repeatable transformation methodologies, maturity models, and playbooks for customer success
- Co-develop transformation offerings with partners and enablement programs for scale
- Monitor transformation health and drive value realization through executive reviews
- Contribute to AWS product roadmap with customer insights and thought leadership
