- Deep expertise in SDLC transformation and engineering practices modernization.
- Experience leading AI/automation adoption change management in software contexts.
- Strong ability to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders on engineering strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead AI-driven digital product delivery transformation strategies for enterprise customers adopting AWS Gen AI services and Amazon Kiro.
- Build repeatable transformation methodologies, maturity models, and assessment frameworks at scale.
- Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic consulting partners and enable partner delivery.
- Monitor transformation health and drive measurable business value through executive reviews.
- Develop thought leadership content and best practices for AI-driven product delivery transformation.
- Influence AWS product roadmap with customer insights and represent AWS at industry forums.
