Job summary

The Lost Boy, Farnham, invites an experienced General Manager to lead a vibrant gastro pub team. You will own daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and nurture a culture of hospitality across front and back of house while upholding brand standards and community ties.

You will oversee financials, staff development, and optimize service quality with a hands-on leadership style in a welcoming, busy pub environment. A passion for great food and guest experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager of Gastro style pub min 1 year at least
• Consistent approach to driving the team to achieve the highest levels of guest service
• Strong leadership and ability to foster teamwork aligned to company direction
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptionally high-standard service
• Highly motivated, proactive and reliable

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the pub in line with company procedures and brand standards
• Lead by example with hands-on training, coaching and development of the team
• Engage with the local community to develop repeat business and reputation
• Inspire a passion for delivering great food and service culture across the team
• Oversee health and safety, licensing compliance, and stock control
