Job summary

The Lost Boy, a standout pub in Farnham, is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to work alongside our General Manager. You’ll help lead an exceptional team and uphold our reputation for great food, warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Working closely with the GM, you’ll oversee guest journeys from booking to departure, lead on shift, and step in when the GM is away. This role offers a clear path to General Manager within Upham Inns.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering is essential.
• Restaurant/Hospitality experience is essential.
• a track record of leading teams to success
• Strong financial skills and be able to comfortably manage all audits and due diligence

Responsibilities

• Lead on shift and run the pub when the GM is away.
• Help manage guest journey from booking to goodbye.
