• ACS qualified (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 as a minimum).
• Proven supervisory or lead engineer experience within the social housing sector.
• Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and compliance.

• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Gas Engineers delivering PPM, breakdowns, and installations.
• Carry out quality checks and audits to ensure compliance and safety.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams for customer satisfaction.
• Support training, mentoring, and performance reviews of the engineering team.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and within budget.
