Location: Slough, Berkshire

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Gas Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career?

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing contractor for a Gas Supervisor to oversee domestic gas engineers across the Slough area.

The Role

Supervise and support a team of Gas Engineers delivering PPM, breakdowns, and installations on social housing properties.

Carry out quality checks, audits, and ensure all works meet compliance and safety standards.

Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Support training, mentoring, and performance reviews of your engineering team.

Ensure all works are completed on time, safely, and within budget.

Requirements
  • ACS qualified (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 as a minimum).
  • Proven supervisory or lead engineer experience within the social housing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
