Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is seeking experienced self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing service contract in Guildford. You will conduct landlord gas safety checks for a local housing association and operate on a weekly payment cycle for completed properties.

Applicants should have ACS CKR1 and HTR1, own van and tools, and a calibrated Flue Gas Analyser. Prior gas safety experience and a proactive, self-employed mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Key Details:

• Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks
• Commitment: 5 days per week
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Payment Terms: Weekly, one week in arrears
• Rate: £23.00 per completed property
