TXM Recruit are supporting one of the UKs leading emergency repair companies for a Gas Repair Engineer role in Ilford. Salary is £46,250 with a £1,500 guaranteed first-year bonus, and a 40-hour week with optional overtime.

The position emphasizes diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating, performing repairs, boiler servicing, and strict safety checks, with a focus on independent job management and exceptional customer service.

Gas Repair Engineer – IND1

TXM Recruit are supporting one of the UKs leading emergency repair companies nationally on a large recruitment drive for new engineers.

Salary - £46,250 + Bonus guaranteed in first year! (£1,500)

Location – Ilford

40 hours per week from Monday - Friday (annualized hours so some shorter in summer and some longer in winter)

Flexibility with weekends and evenings depending on the job.

Overtime YES

Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating systems
• Carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water
• Carrying out boiler services
• Completing safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care
