Job summary

TXM Recruit is supporting a leading UK emergency repair company on a recruitment drive for Gas Repair Engineer roles in Blackburn. Salary is £46,250 with a guaranteed £1,500 bonus in the first year. 40 hours per week Mon-Fri, with overtime and some seasonal variation.

You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs and services, and ensure safety compliance in customers' homes. Expect progression and regular training; company van, tools and uniform are provided, plus generous holiday allowances and

Gas Repair Engineer - IND1

TXM Recruit are supporting one of the UK’s leading emergency repair companies nationally on a large recruitment drive for new engineers.

Salary - £46,250 + Bonus guaranteed in first year! (£1,500)

Location - Blackburn

40 hours per week from Monday - Friday (annualized hours so some shorter in summer and some longer in winter)

Flexibility with weekends and evenings depending on the job.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating systems
• Carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water
• Carrying out boiler services
• Completing safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care
