Job summary

TXM Recruit are supporting one of the UKs leading emergency repair companies with a large recruitment drive for Gas Repair Engineers. The successful candidate will diagnose and repair gas appliances and heating systems in customer homes, primarily in Bradford.

The role offers a salary of £46,250 plus a £1,500 guaranteed bonus in the first year, with overtime opportunities and some weekend/ evening flexibility. Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with annualized hours.

Gas Repair Engineer – IND1

TXM Recruit are supporting one of the UKs leading emergency repair companies nationally on a large recruitment drive for new engineers.

The successful engineer will be working pre-planned jobs in customer homes diagnosing and repairing gas appliances and heating systems.

Salary - £46,250 + Bonus guaranteed in first year! (£1,500)

Location – Bradford

40 hours per week from Monday - Friday (annualized hours so some shorter in summer and some longer in winter)

Flexibility with weekends and evenings depending on the job.

Overtime YES

Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating systems
• Carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water
• Carrying out boiler services
• Completing safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care
