Job summary

HomeServe is seeking a Gas Repair Engineer to work in customer homes, diagnosing and repairing gas appliances and heating systems in Leeds. This is a full-time on-site role with occasional evenings and weekends.

You will be employed via TXM Recruit on a nationwide initiative, with a starting salary around £46,250 plus a guaranteed £1,500 first-year bonus, and regular training and progression.

Qualifications

• Must be able to diagnose faults on boilers and central heating systems.
• Experience carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water.
• Ability to carry out boiler services and safety checks.

Gas Repair Engineer – IND1

TXM Recruit are supporting one of the UKs leading emergency repair companies nationally on a large recruitment drive for new engineers.

The successful engineer will be working pre-planned jobs in customer homes diagnosing and repairing gas appliances and heating systems.

Salary - £46,250 + Bonus guaranteed in first year! (£1,500)

Location – Leeds

40 hours per week from Monday - Friday (annualized hours so some shorter in summer and some longer in winter)

Flexibility with weekends and evenings depending on the job.

Overtime YES

Day-to-day responsibilities
