Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South in London & the South East recruits a gas engineer to deliver repairs and servicing on social housing contracts. You will fault-find, meet first-time fix targets and maintain high-quality standards while focusing on customer satisfaction.

Role

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
