Job summary

The Sureserve Group is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our team in London and the South East. You will be responsible for gas repairs, fault finding, and annual servicing visits, ensuring first-time fix targets are met, and maintaining high standards of work and customer satisfaction.

Applicants should hold valid ACS gas qualifications and a full UK driving licence (max 6 points). Experience in social housing is desirable, and we offer a range of employee benefits and progression

Qualifications

• Valid ACS and other gas qualifications are required.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service is essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points) is required.
• Experience in Social Housing is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
