Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, is seeking a Gas Engineer to carry out repairs, fault finding, and servicing visits across London & the South East. You will work with a diverse customer base, prioritise customer satisfaction, and meet first-time fix targets in line with contractual obligations.

The successful candidate will hold ACS gas qualifications, have a valid UK driving licence, and bring experience in social housing or related fields.

Qualifications

• ACS & other gas qualifications are required.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).
• Experience in Social Housing is desirable but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Role

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs


• Fault finding


• Completing annual servicing visits


• Meeting first-time fix targets


• Maintaining high-quality standards


• Focusing on customer satisfaction


• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications


• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)


• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential


• Experience delivering high levels of customer service


• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
