Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South is recruiting for a gas/heating operative to deliver high-quality repairs and servicing within the social housing sector across London & South East. The role focuses on fault finding, servicing visits, and first-time fix targets while maintaining excellent customer service and working to schedule commitments.

Applicants should hold valid ACS gas qualifications, a full UK driving licence (6 points max), and demonstrate experience in customer service.

• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.

Role

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
