Job summary

SVB Solutions is recruiting for an Administrator GAP Claims Assessment in Warwick. The role involves managing a portfolio of GAP insurance claims, supporting customers through the claims process, and ensuring each claim is handled accurately and professionally.

You will review documentation, research vehicle values, liaise with motor insurers, and keep customers informed at every stage. Training will be provided to develop your administration and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or claims handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to research information and make informed decisions.
• Proactive, able to manage own workload.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Genuine desire to help customers and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of GAP insurance claims from start to finish.
• Research the current value of customers' vehicles and negotiate with motor insurers.
• Speak with customers to explain the claims process and provide updates.
• Review and validate documentation to ensure claims are processed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and work with colleagues to resolve claims.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic service to customers.
