Job summary

Activate Group is a growing UK business with 1,000+ colleagues, seeking a Technical Claims Handler in Halifax with hybrid working. You will manage vehicle claims end-to-end, providing a professional customer service and meeting SLAs.

The role supports a fast-paced environment across our Insurance team and involves liaising with customers, clients, 3rd parties and repairers. Based in Halifax with hybrid options, you will use bespoke software to record and update claims, prioritise workload and

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers, clients, 3rd parties and repairers.
• Manage vehicle claims end-to-end from instruction to completion, escalating when needed.
• Use bespoke software and databases to record, update and maintain claim information.
• Manage own workload, prioritise, ensure progress and maintain high service standards.
• Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required.
• Ensure that all SLAs are met and exceeded.
• Communicate and collaborate with all parties to support an optimal repair journey.
