Job summary

Siamo Recruitment is assisting a leading insurance provider to recruit an Insurance Administrator in Cirencester. You will support and advise on customer claims and handle all administration for claims and policies.

Qualifications

• Previous administration exposure is essential.
• Experience in Insurance or Veterinary would be advantageous.
• Full UK Driving License would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Working with clients supporting and advising on their claims.
• Processing and actioning all internal administration relating to claims and policies.
• Being first point of call for the customers and supporting their needs.
• Supporting the Claims Manager with adhoc duties.
• Working from a shared mailbox.
• Logging customer updates and journey notes via CRM.
