IQ-EQ, a global investor services group, is seeking a senior leader in Guernsey to oversee Client Administration teams and ensure high‑quality client service and operational effectiveness. You will drive revenue targets, support complex transactions, and navigate evolving regulatory requirements.

The role requires 10+ years in Fund Services, professional qualifications (ICSA/CGI), and a track record of leading teams through change in Guernsey’s financial services environment.

Qualifikationen

• ICSA, CGI, or relevant professional qualification.
• 10+ years of industry experience in Fund Services.
• Experience in Guernsey financial services.
• Ability to motivate and support colleagues through change.
• Risk awareness and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Knowledge of local laws relating to fund services.

Aufgaben

• Set and model a culture aligned with group values and drive client service excellence.
• Lead and manage a Client Administration Team responsible for client portfolios.
• Provide technical support on client structures and complex transactions.
• Drive commercial objectives through effective P&L management and revenue targets.
• Support business with regulatory changes and risk assessments.
• Lead fee reviews in line with service delivery and business plan targets.
