IQ-EQ is hiring a Senior Officer for its Funds & Institutional team in Jersey. You will oversee institutional client portfolios, delivering high-quality service and driving growth across an international client base. Occasional travel to IQ-EQ offices or client sites may be required.

You’ll mentor junior colleagues, manage relationships, and stay current on fund structures and applicable laws. Strong MS Office skills and a proactive, meticulous approach are essential.

Formación

• At least 5 years of fund administration experience.
• Active CPD and a relevant professional qualification (ICSA).
• Strong knowledge of Jersey’s finance industry and fund services regulations.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional client service and driving efficiency across your portfolio.
• Support and mentor junior team members, overseeing their work for quality and compliance.
• Own client relationships, attend meetings, manage correspondence, identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of fund structures, laws and taxation across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate across teams, deputise for managers, and act as authorised signatory.
