Job summary

IQ-EQ, a global investor services group, is seeking a senior leader in Guernsey to oversee Client Administration teams and ensure high‑quality client service and operational effectiveness. You will drive revenue targets, support complex transactions, and navigate evolving regulatory requirements.

The role requires 10+ years in Fund Services, professional qualifications (ICSA/CGI), and a track record of leading teams through change in Guernsey’s financial services environment.

Qualifications

• ICSA, CGI, or relevant professional qualification.
• 10+ years of industry experience in Fund Services.

Responsibilities

Job Description

What you'll do

• You will act as a role model to implement a culture which supports the Group Values and ensure engagement and commitment to deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness and efficiencies


• You will manage to the highest standard a Client Administration Team who have overall responsibility for the administration of a Client Portfolio


• You will provide technical support to Client Administration Teams in connection with their client structures and the execution of complex client transactions


• You will be responsible for ensuring the team meet their commercial objectives and targets through the effective capital management of the P&L for the Client Portfolio to include revenue targets, billable utilisation rates for staff, pro‑active management of debtor days and cash collections


• You will support the business with impact/risk assessment, in terms of constant changes in local and international regulatory and legislative requirements


• You will participate in and actively support the CSDs with fee reviews as appropriate in light of current service delivery and requirements to achieve fee collection targets as set out in our Business Plan.

Qualifications

• You holdICSA, CGI, or relevant professional qualification


• You have an excellent understanding of the relevant laws relating to a Fund Services Business


• You hold a minimum of 10 years’ relevant industry experience


• You are able to motivate and support colleagues through periods of change


• You are risk aware and demonstrate a high level of integrity, equality and diversity in your approach to work


• You hold experience working within the Guernsey financial services industry
