Job summary

IQ-EQ in Jersey seeks a motivated Senior Officer to join our Funds & Institutional team. You will support institutional client portfolios, deliver high-quality service, and contribute to our growing international client base, with occasional travel to IQ-EQ offices or client sites.

You will lead by example, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and stay updated on fund structures, laws, and taxation across jurisdictions while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of fund administration experience with active CPD.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey’s finance industry and fund services regulations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and drive client service and efficiency across your portfolio.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee their work for quality and compliance.
• Own client relationships, attend meetings and manage correspondence.
• Maintain technical knowledge of fund structures, laws, and taxes across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate across teams and act as authorised signatory.
