Job summary

IQ-EQ is a global investor services group offering fund administration, governance, data and reporting across 25 jurisdictions. We are seeking a capable fund administrator to support an international client base and contribute to launches of private equity structures.

The role emphasizes high-quality client service, mentoring juniors, and leveraging Guernsey financial services expertise within a collaborative team. Hybrid working with development opportunities is provided.

Qualifications

• You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service at all times.
• Experience supporting and mentoring junior Administration team members
• Knowledge of CGI or other relevant professional qualification is desirable
• Several years of experience within a fund administration role
• Knowledge and experience of working within the Guernsey financial services industry

Responsibilities

• You’ll act as a role model, embedding the Group’s values and promoting a client-focused culture across local and Group teams.
• You’ll actively contribute to board meetings and clearly communicate complex technical matters to the Management Team.
• You’ll support the launch of private equity, fund of funds, and open-ended fund structures, contributing to related project work.
• You’ll collaborate proactively by implementing processes and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency.
• You’ll support the Management Team with client fund portfolios while mentoring junior team members and assisting with complex administrative and technical queries
