Zusammenfassung

IQ-EQ is seeking an Assistant Manager, KYC to co-lead the KYC Team in Guernsey. You will coordinate investor onboarding and support Fund Administration teams for BAU, ensuring AML/KYC compliance and timely processing.

You'll build strong relationships with fund administrators, investment managers and investors, contribute to regulatory updates, and drive onboarding timelines while maintaining high data quality across jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• Professional qualification or equivalent industry experience with strong KYC/CDD across funds.
• Good AML/KYC understanding, with FATCA/CRS knowledge an advantage.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage relationships with fund admins, managers and investors.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel, with ability to manage and analyse information and documentation.
• Ability to manage projects, meet targets, and report to boards and seniors.

Aufgaben

• Co-lead the KYC team and assist onboarding of investors in Guernsey funds.
• Maintain high support to Fund Administration teams for BAU.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and deliver high-quality client service.
• Attend board meetings and provide updates on AML/KYC matters and onboarding progress.
• Oversee onboarding timelines, risk profiling, reviews, and regulatory reporting.
