Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Fundraising Data Administrator to join the Lister Hospital fundraising team in Stevenage. You will manage donor data, support campaigns, and generate reports to help fundraise for equipment, research and patient projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor databases and data entry.
• Experience using CRM systems for donor management and reporting.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage start of the donor stewardship journey by handling enquiries and ensuring processes meet donor care standards.
• Open and sort mail, record all donations from post, website, phone, or bank transfers.
• Maintain donor data in the CRM, identify inaccuracies and resolve data anomalies.
• Produce regular financial reports for the charity team and liaise with the finance department to reconcile funds.
• Provide support to fundraisers for campaigns and events, including mailing lists and administrative tasks.
