East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Fundraising Data Administrator to join the charity team at Lister Hospital, Stevenage. You will manage donor data, support fundraising campaigns and ensure accurate reporting while delivering excellent donor care.

The role requires experience with CRM systems (Donorfy preferred), strong Excel skills and a customer-focused approach. You will work across multiple sites to support equipment, research and patient experience projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of working within a charity environment or customer facing role.
• Demonstrable administrative experience.
• Demonstrable customer services experience.
• Demonstrable experience of working within a team environment.
• Advanced experience of Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrable experience of managing a database or CRM system, experience using Donorfy would be an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience of data entry.
• Demonstrable experience of creating reports including financial reports.
• Knowledge of GDPR policy.

Responsabilités

• Handle donor enquiries and ensure adherence to donor care standards.
• Open and sort post; record all donations from post, website, phone and transfers.
• Maintain CRM donor data; spot inaccuracies and resolve data anomalies.
• Manage office filing system and document handling.
• Send thank you letters and donation acknowledgments to supporters.
• Generate mailing lists for fundraising appeals and events.
• Support fundraising teams with admin tasks and events as needed.
• Produce regular financial reports for the charity team.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure all monies are accounted for.
