East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is seeking a Fundraising Data Administrator to support donor journeys and CRM data management at Lister Hospital. You will handle enquiries, process donations, and generate reports for the charity team with attention to data accuracy.

The role requires strong Excel skills, communication, and the ability to work independently within a charity environment.

Competenze

• Educated to a minimum of A level or equivalent.
• Experience in charity or customer-facing roles and data handling.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Excel is essential.

Mansioni

• Manage donor enquiries and ensure best standards of donor care.
• Record donations via post, website, phone, and transfers.
• Update CRM with donor data and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Generate regular financial reports for the charity team.
• Liaise with finance to ensure monies are accounted for.
