Job summary

Aztec Services (Jersey) Limited is seeking a dedicated professional to focus on investment transactional activity, AML and compliance for a large client. You will coordinate data, assist with regulatory filings, and support fund structure setup with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong integrity, client-facing experience in financial services, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with Jersey-based operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services and fund administration.
• Understanding of AML and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact for investment transactional activity and AML/compliance matters for the client.
• Coordinate data collation with team members and collaborate with central Compliance and AML teams.
• Assist with regulatory filings and establishment of fund structures.
• Oversee bank account openings, payments processing, and closing of investments.
• Maintain records and ensure adherence to Aztec control frameworks.
