Job summary

BNY Pershing is seeking a Fund Operations professional in the UK to support investment transfers, fund maintenance and client processing within a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with Fund Managers, Transfer Agents and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate transfer handling, AML documentation, and comprehensive operational reporting, while upholding service levels and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment transfers, fund operations or financial services processing.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience handling client queries by telephone and email.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor investment transfers and fund operations within SLAs.
• Coordinate with Fund Managers, Transfer Agents, clients and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve transfer-related issues to resolution.
• Assist with fund applications, AML documentation and static data updates.
• Produce monthly MI and client reporting; support system testing and process improvements.
