Job summary

TrinityBridge is seeking a capable Operations Specialist to join our wealth management team in the UK. You will manage transfers, settlements, and client data across products, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience with operational processes in wealth management or private client asset management.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work unsupervised at times.
• Team player able to respond to varied requests.
• Strong relationship-building skills with fund managers and third parties.
• Ability to challenge current processes and drive efficiencies.
• Understanding of re-registration of collective investments.
• Good all-round securities knowledge.
• Experience with the Crest GUI; knowledge of Equisoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process transfers in to and out of TrinityBridge across all account types and platforms.
• Internal transfers of holdings arising from changes to client status (e.g. receipt of tax documentation, trust distributions, deceased, spouse to spouse transfers).
• Monitor transfer progress and elevate issues when required; contribute to client accounts.
• Facilitate Depot movements.
• Set up Nominee accounts and provide KYC documents when required.
• Report uploads/downloads (e.g. IFDS).
• Interact with Fund Managers, market counterparties and other Operations teams involved in maintaining client account data and records.
• Demonstrate understanding of and comply with regulatory framework relevant to the role, while practising effective risk management for clients.
