Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Asset Transfers in Manchester to join the Wealth Services Operations Transfers Team. You will analyse reconciliation trends, oversee KRIs and client reporting, and work with Product, Engineering and Digital Intelligence to implement platform changes.

The role requires strong data analysis, experience with reconciliation platforms, and wealth product knowledge. This is a on-site role in Manchester with exposure to AI-enabled solutions and regulatory oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience with reconciliation, data analysis, and regulatory awareness
• Familiarity with wealth management products and transfers
• Ability to engage stakeholders and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Analyse reconciliation break trends to identify opportunities and enhance processes
• Oversee adherence to Reconciliation KRI and client reporting requirements
• Ensure awareness of regulatory obligations and oversee entity-level compliance
• Collaborate with Training Liaison to strengthen operational learning and development
• Drive improvements across Operations through process assessment and AI-enabled solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Digital Intelligence to implement Platform changes
