Job summary

WithYou Cornwall is seeking a Recovery Worker to join the adult community team in Liskeard, covering the north and east Cornwall area. You will support clients to identify goals, build treatment plans and guide them along the path to recovery.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours, Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays) with a starting salary of £28,000 per year plus a £1,000 allowance, and a strong emphasis on relationship-building and teamwork.

Qualifications

• ONC/NVQ level 3 or willing to achieve within 12 months.
• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or similar settings.
• Experience with people who have experienced substance misuse.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.
• IT competence and flexibility with hours.
• Willing to support other With You locations when needed.
