Job summary

With You in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a motivated Recovery Worker to support individuals facing substance misuse. You will join a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored care plans, provide guidance on recovery paths, and ensure continuity of care across services in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, or related settings.
• Experience delivering services in a community setting.
• Knowledge of delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to prioritise your work.
• Willingness to support other With You locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality recovery care to clients.
• Identify goals and create treatment plans with clients.
• Deliver continuity of care through partnership working and care coordination.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to support development and delivery of interventions.
