Job summary

WithYou in Glasgow is seeking four Recovery Workers to join a busy, frontline team delivering recovery-focused care. The role involves individual and group work across Recovery Hubs and local communities, with a strong emphasis on person-centred practice and collaborative partnerships.

The position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, requiring evening and weekend work. Starting salary is £26,250 per year, rising to £30,000 with pay progression bands.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or related settings or strong motivation to work in drugs/alcohol sector.
• SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Health Care is desirable.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of care through partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery.
• Manage an active caseload and engage with clients promptly and respectfully.
• Work across 7 days with some evenings and weekend shifts.
