Job summary

WithYou in Glasgow is seeking four Recovery Workers to deliver high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. The roles are based across services in North East, North West and South Glasgow, with a salary of £26,250 per year.

This permanent, frontline position involves 37.5 hours per week across 7 days, including evenings and weekends. You will work in community settings, supporting clients to identify goals and access recovery pathways with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• An SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Health care is desirable for this post.
• We are looking for excellent communicators, who have the ability to build trust and put people at ease during their first meeting with our service.
• You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively.

Responsibilities

• You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they’re always treated with respect and dignity.
• You’ll work with clients to identify goals and create the best treatment plan for their needs and guide them on the path to recovery.
• Provide continuity of care through partnership working, care coordination, and intervention delivery.
