Job summary

We Are With You in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Recovery Worker to provide high-quality support to people facing drug, alcohol and mental health challenges. You will join a skilled multi-disciplinary team and help clients identify goals and develop tailored care plans.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with a 9:00–17:00 schedule, and a part-time option at 22.5 hours/week. Salary starts at £26,250 pro rata and progresses to £30,900.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with a wide range of people.
• Experience in health, social care, or related setting.
• Experience delivering services in a community setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and advice to people facing substance misuse challenges.
• Identify goals and help create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver continuity of care through partnership working and interventions.
• Contribute to care coordination and day-to-day client support.
